A routine. If you get ghost problems, make salt water and spray the entire place down with a squirt bottle. Sleep like a baby. Be glad no woman is there to bitch about tons of random shit that you would think a human wouldn't even care about. Talk to yourself... It's not crazy if nobody is there to judge you for it.

It might just be in my mental but salt water solved my supernatural problems. I had a little girl slapping me in the head (ikr... fucking crazy) and the saltwater thing got it to stop. I don't know how... don't care... I'm just glad to be able to take a nap and not get slapped by some little hand that isn't even there.
