Should I take my dog to the vet?

My dog broke out his cage and ate a bunch of my mom's thyroid pills. While we were out for breakfast. Armour thyroid pills. Should we take him to the vet? We don't know how many he ate. He's a 180 lb Rottweiler.

Dogs of stomachs like iron just keep a good eye on him he should be fine. If his mood suddenly changes then take him
