You can get a good workout in just 20 minutes, you could also spend 4hours.
It depends on your goals and what you're willing to do to achieve them as well aa the amount of time you can put into it.

60 to 90 minutes is supposed to be the supreme time when your hormones are just right... beyond that it starts to drop off steeply.

I take about an hour when I’m working more on strength training. Meaning more breaks since I try to lift more than before.

If you use isometric lifts, you can be done in 20 minutes and accomplish more than an hour of dynamic lifts...
