I didn't make resolutions per se... I really never make New Year's resolutions, however, getting healthier has always been a goal of mine and it's been going for years now, and that, to me... it means to just eat enough times a day, no skipping meals!! and then to follow a balanced diet, no excesses of any kind and so far it's going good
the other part of that is fitness, which is also going the usual good... better than the last two anyway, since now we're more "free" to go out and into sports with everyone else... lol
however the biggest challenge of the years is about to start... November does bring some change in the weather down here, and also brings some Mexican Holidays and tradition which, also start to align with the Holidays for the end of the year... basically, from November 20... to December 12, and then Christmas and New Years, going into January 6th all the way to February 2nd... that's pretty much a BBQ. grill, fire pits and big cookouts because of family gatherings going on every single weekend lmao
great great GREAT food in abundance for at least two months... that can make it a bit challenging for anyone planning to do any diet or meals plans... good thing I did not, lmao
Yes... I have exceeded mine. . I can't wait to see what I can do next.
That is awesome! Congrats on beating your goals. Always good to see someone that stuck to it and did even better than what they planned.
@PrettyPriya thank you 😁 I hope you have the sane success
@Zolly99999 You are most welcome! I did do okay this year. I did what I set out to do, so that is always a win. I will improve upon it next year. 🙂
@PrettyPriya I find if you set small goals they are easier to achieve and keep you motivated. Keep up the great work and I wish you the best. 😁
I wouldn't say I'm overly close, I didn't have any major health or fitness goals for this current year, but I would like to put forth a better effort on cutting out useless calories in the coming months and year.
I did not have any… but I did have a couple of goals, for my health, and those are just going better and better hahaha🥳
Yay! That is all you can hope for, improving!
mho…😍🥵

I entered 2022 without any resolutions so there was nothing to fulfil really 😅
Exceeded them , weight, strength and flexibility
That is great!
No but I'm on my way to losing 20 pounds by Christmas
That is awesome! Congrats and keep it up! 🙂
Thanks it's been a lot of hard work. I'm just disappointed I didn't do it sooner.
Yes, but you still are doing it. That is what counts.
What was your health and fitness resolution?
Well, I felt I wasn't getting enough cardio. I do loads of yoga, which is great. I wanted to get more cardio into my routine. So, I have run at least 2 times a week, most weeks 3. We also purchased an indoor cycle which I use a lot.
I was on course too but then family went on holiday and i had take aways.
I fulfilled all my New Years resolutions. I'll include the list here.
New Years Resolutions:
Yes I switched from Budweiser to bud light
I lost some weight and regained some strength. Not as much as I wanted.
Almost its completed mine, I thinking 🤔 what I can do next year resolutions
No😭and i really tried
Better than blowing it off completely!
Next years new-years resolution is to do last years resolution.
Since I didn't make any resolutions of the sort you're referring to I don't think this matters much for me right now
I'm too old to bother with all that nonsense
Yes, I made the progress I wanted in my 2 sports.
No. The opposite. I’m incredibly stubborn.
Nope
I made a resolution not to feel older. It didn't work. 😞
Didn't have any, sorry...
I don't think so
I would like to look nice in my beauty pageant stash once again :-)!
Not at all 😣
@bigpauly growing at your age isn't a possibility. Just be who you are, which will always be more than good enough. 🙂
@bigpauly You are a good guy. 🙂
@bigpauly *big hugs* 🤗
Pffft
Nah, I never do lmao
