Same as always. Stay in good shape breath in as much oxygen is possible to feed all your organs. Keep your blood flow going. Great. And clean and that way you stay and you feel younger

Staying alive until next year.
100 push ups. I'm up to 72. Not bad for 46 lol
All my fitness goals are all about running. Aiming to be faster especially for my long distance runs.
Getting my squat PR from 275lbs to 315lbs by the end of my next bulk. I'm currently cutting so trying to maintain strength and size as much as possible. I'll start my next bulk end of August.
None, because I'm not a professional athlete. But I want to do a long-distance bike tour.
Just the normal improvement on time for the summer triathlon I do.
Keeping my running schedule updated and hiking.
Just staying consistent. I used to be consistent when I was younger. Im going to stop slacking on what on my plans.
Running 5 miles a day, Alternate Weights, Yoga,
Get to 95kg lean with muscle again. I'm currently 85kg.
