If your grandparents are fit n healthy what do they eat for the day?

My grandparents were all late 70s early 80s when they died. My granny's brother was 96.

Nothing artificial, butter not margarine, didn't smoke, rarely drank alcohol, grew their own fruit and vegetables, dad's parents had chickens for eggs. Meat was a staple. Fish too.

They didn't need a gym. Gardening their way was a serious workout. Worth every minute too. You could eat the results!

My grandmother said "anything in moderation is ok. Anything in excess is unhealthy".

I think she was right

My mum's 80 now. Physically strong and eats proper food (not take out) every day

My Grandparents ate by the sun. They had big 5am breakfast. 2pm lunch/dinner size portions. sunset desert or left overs. Farmers so foods were fresh or within the same year.
