If you were to be COMPLETELY honest, what is the longest you have been, without having a shower/bath? And why?
As I'm completely alone, don't go anywhere and don't have to pretty myself up for anyone else, in the winter, I might go as much as two weeks without one just because I either don't feel the immediate need or because, I end up getting heavily involved in some project that takes up all my time, kinda like how those scientists in movies that are so involved in a project they don't even bother to eat for days on end. And I just forget to get one that day and figure I'll get it the next day. Sometimes, this goes on a number of days. It also kinda depends on if I can stay awake long enough to wash and dry my sheets after the shower. I've only got one set so, I can't just toss them in the wash and get another one out. Now, if I was with someone or had places to go, I'd get one every day. Also, during the hotter months, I'd NEED one at least every day. Some days, like Monday, I'll take two showers a day! It depends on how grotty I got that day.
The nearest one is about 20 miles from here and I don't drive. I've also heard they treat their employees like shit. If I could get this house shit sorted out, already, I could bring my recording gear up here from storage and start looking for more voice acting gigs, at least.
My skin is sensitive so I feel dirt, oil, or any other film on my skin. It will literally drive me out of my skin. So I shower once a day unless I work hard outside and then I will shower again. I like to keep very sanitary. I love camping but I couldnāt do it feeling dirty, smoky, and sticky with sweat from the day, only to crawl into a tight sleeping bag and think I wonāt go nuts before Iād ever fall asleep. So I purchased a camp trailer so I could shower at the end of the day lol.

When I was sick with Covid I don't think I took an actual bath or shower for a week. I still washed up the best I could but I couldn't seem to immerse myself in too much water.
I went two weeks until I could smell my balls one time even through my clothes. Then I never did it again.
I consider this time completely unreasonable. Wash your balls every day! I had half excuse because of an emergency evacuation to a shelter and I was too shy to take shower with other people in public shower.
The maximum proper time for me is 24 hours. I don't know why. That's what I feel! Unless I get used to smelling like balls. Like if I'm Tom Hanks on that island I will probably smell like balls every day and I will get used to it and maybe even stop noticing it. But it won't matter because there's no one else there!
8 days. We were without power for 8 days due to an ice storm. The rest of my family went to stay with relatives that had power, while I stayed in the house to manually bail the sump pump very few hours so the basement wouldn't flood. By the 3rd day, I was pretty ripe, even though I changed my clothes every day, and got wore as the days went by. When power was restored and we had hot water, I took a nice long shower before the family returned.
Note: I almost always take a shower at least every other day, typically every day.
A little bit less than a month. In the winder, I try to shower at least once per week (I don't smell, feel dirty, have oil skin etc.). At some point, I was already 2-3 days past the day I should shower and then... It snowed!!! So the water was literally frozen and I couldn't shower. After that, I imidiatelly got sick and that lasted a little bit more than a week. After that, I just wasn't in the mood for some more days (tho felt extremely nervous and maybe a little bit dirty). So this will be about a month.
The longest I have ever been without a shower (I never take baths) is 7 days (I wonāt say why here.. you are welcome to DM me if you want). Normally, the most I will go is 3 or 4 days without bathing. And that only happens when I am at home for an extended period, with nothing to do and feeling lazy. I donāt shower every day. I donāt need to.. Iām not a really sweaty or smelly guy, and Iām naturally unhairy and donāt need to shave my face very often. So, I normally shower every other day.
Five days without a proper shower while camping. Second only to sleeping on the ground, itās the thing i like least about camping. But i still like camping, so occasionally i go more than a few days without showering. You gotta take the bad with the good!
5 days. Or to be more accurate, 6 days 5 nights. That was during my field training when I was a recruit.
0/100, would not recommend. Not showering for days, sleeping in dirt and mud, not very fun. Not to mention having insects biting all the time, especially the sandflies and ants.
From what I can remember, 4 days. We were on a road trip in the midwest and the federal government is apparently too cheap to install showers at their campgrounds. I eventually got so uncomfortable, I made my mom pay $160 for a lodge, just so I could take a shower
In times of sickness, i have gone for probably as long as a week when I could not get out of the bed. Other than that, i will go crazy if i do not shower at least once a day. The "worst" i often do is that if I take a shower in late evening and dis nit do any exertion after that, i do not take a shower in the morning to go to work as i leave at 6:30. but I HAVE to take the mext shower when I get home.
During covid probably about 3 weeks, didn't count or care, it's unhealthy, very bad for your skin. I'm pretty sure I was depressed and hadn't left the house for about half a year, not once, not did I need to, I could just order food while working from home.

Ugh. I'm getting pretty bad PTSD just thinking about it. 3 months without any sanitary facilities when i was 15 years old and even then after 3 months it was a plastic basin and cold water. Then again 3 months like that. Not to mention being bullied from all angles.
I can't believe i still get PTSD strikes from it. It makes me feel very uncomfortable.
A week? I didn't stink or anything, aaand it wasn't the corona times... I just didn't have the time due to a heavy work week. And I really didn't stink in the slightest
I didn't shower for days on a week long school camp. It's an awkward story, lol. 👀😋 Nothing bad, but I just smelt and didn't even notice it when I returned home. Ha.
I have to shower daily. I donāt always wash my hair but I am a sweaty person and stay active so I just feel I have too. I hate feeling dirty or worrying Simone may smell body odour on me. Yuck
An actual shower or bath: 3 weeks. It was during a training exercise for the military. Still had body wipes but no shower. If I don't get too dirty, 3 days max.
