I kinda remember 4 days straight while retreating in the mountains when my friends & I were elementary kids.
Especially with very weak water pressure wherein the water nearly turns into icicles, it was too cold to take a shower.
I resorted to heating up a bucket of water and wetting several face towels for "sponge baths" instead of showering.

After surgery, wasn't allowed to get my bandages wet. So I just used a wash cloth to wash myself and washed my hair over the bath...

I stayed in a cave for a little under two months when I was deployed once. I had some baby wipes with me, so if that counts as a shower, probably only a couple weeks or so on some other shorter missions.
7 or 8 days when bedridden with flu. Didn’t have the strength to drink water, let alone stand up long enough to shower, and too weak to get in the bath. I was ill for nearly 16 days.
When I went camping last year, I went three days without showering. It was cooler weather, so I didn’t feel that gross.
A week, I had just had my baby and it was just us two. It was hard talking care of her (she had some health problems) and she was cluster feeding a lot. I literally held her all the time other than the 3-4 hours of sleep I was getting a day.
During a trekking holiday in the desert: 2 weeks no water.
Probably a week when I was a kid. I don't know why but I hated showers. Now I love them & wish I could stay in there forever.
3-4 days? I'm working and... well i don't smell like a disgusting human being, so that's good.
I must every night. I can avoid a day here and there but I cannot avoid a night. Kinda why I don’t go camping.
TWO PLUS WEEKS! Forward fire base Viet Nam! UGH!
I was in the hospital for a month once and probably went more than two weeks before I could take a shower.
When I was in the hospital recovering from my stroke,26 days, but I was thoroughly washed daily for a couple weeks until I regained use of my hands.
Three weeks.
I don't sweat much for luckily especially during the cold winter months.
A week when I was camping, shower block was queued for hours so I didn't bother
Probably about 18 years. We always had baths when I was growing up.
I don't remember the bathing details of my childhood and adolescence, But as an adult probably 8 days while backpacking.
probably like 3 days because i had covid and couldn't move without almost blacking out. it was that bad
Two weeks. Long back during winter and was ill that time.
About 36 hours. When I took a shower finally, it felt glorious. Even though it was a motel shower.
4 days on a road trip through South Dakota when we camped in national park campgrounds
Almost a month. I was 14 though, so I partially blame my parents.
