I think myself, unless I represent a risk for others - ie. I have an infectious disease I could spread others and be a danger.

My wife can advise me, having been a nurse and all, but the decisions stays with me. Same with her and her health - I can give my opinion, but the decision is hers.

Only one thing I've put in her hands - if I ever get paralyzed or struck with some kind of pain and disease that in a proper country would warrant euthanasia, she agreed and swore to carry out my request and euthanize me herself.

My country is very backwards on those things, and if that happened today for example she would get prosecuted for murder. But I really hope that if that time should ever come, things will have progressed enough to the point I can make a will or declaration for her to deliver the last injection.

I voted for china. I want Chairman Xi to tell me what to do because his people are making most of the viruses now, I don't know as much as he knows... he knows right and wrong and is very smart smart.

Just kidding... individual. But what if the individual is an idiot? My vote is... it's still their choice.

Problem in some cases is it involves someone else and that creates complexity... depending upon how one defines someone else.

I am responsible for my medical control, i am diabetic since 1997, i control my body and when i feel or see something i can't understand, i am calling a doctor. It's me and only me.

Wow no one voted spouse.. I would have modified that one to say "my self unless I'm incapacitated, then my spouse" its unrealistic in a marriage for it to be just you, because you could be dying, incapacitated, and needing a life saving treatment. And the only person who can authorize it is you... You'd die... But if you are married he or she could act in your best interest to save your life..
