Doctor 1: Caucasian Male. XX Age. Went to a good medical school. Highly Rated. Has 10 years in Practice in the field. 4 malpractice cases

Doctor 2: African Male. XX Age. Went to the best medical school. Highly Rated. Has over 20 years practice in the field. 0 malpractice cases

Doctor 3: Asian Female XX Age Went to school aboard, certified and has 30 years experience in her field. 1 malpractice case

Doctor 4: Hispanic Male XX Age. Went to 2 medical schools, Former Air Force Doctor. 40 years experience. 0 malpractice cases. Highly Recommended

Doctor 5: Indian Male. XX Age. Went to school abroad, 50 years experience. 0 malpractice cases

Wonders who actually had to look up what "medical Malpractice" was before they answered the question

Whoever can do the operation first. Race or political belief wouldn't come into it. As for malpractice you can't expect anyone not even doctor to go decades without the occasional fuck up. (They're actually allowed quite a few per year)

Doctor 2. No malpractice and went to a good medical school. Unfortunately for Doctor 5 I don't know the quality of the school he went to. The voting data is irrelevant.
