How well do you function after a short sleep after a night out?

I'm not asking for medical advice here, just your own experience...

You went out last night, you drank a considerable amount of alcohol, and for some reason you couldn't sleep more than 5 hours.

I'm sure that scenario happened to you at least once in your life.

How well do you function the next day? Are you able to do anything? Can you function with that amount of sleep? Or do you feel like a zombie the entire day?
