The picture won’t fully load but before clicking the question I think I can see it right. This is normal I think!! Some women just have those bulges at the bottom of their stomach that won’t go away no matter what. I know anorexic people who still had it, when I was eating super healthy and exercising 3-5 times per week (and doing abs) I still had it, just won’t go away! I’ve always been so insecure about it but it is a normal thing. Women store fat around their lower stomachs/hips/thighs etc. a lot more easily, and some women more than others.
Also to add, please try eating a bit more or if you don’t have an appetite try more calorie dense foods. You’re not eating enough which will lead to malnutrition, and your stomach could change (the way you want it to) if you’re eating right.
