Im really insecure about my stomach and it's shape, i'd really appreciate advice on how to change it?

5'2 & 60.8kg. why is my stomach shaped in a way where it sticks out around the ribs, dips in the middle, and then sticks back out at the lower stomach? how do i make it more flat? i don't have much of an appetite and i on average eat one meal per day, it's rarely a proper meal and usually just toast. i rarely eat over 1000 calories a day, i don't understand why i'm not skinny. also if anyone can tell me what my body shape/type is that would be helpful :)
