*I saw you're under 18, so you might still develop more and your waist is going to get more defined if you get more curves...

Will walking /jogging 3 times a week and doing ab excercises help it get better?
Yes definitely all those will help a whole lot
But don't forget to eat healthier and most IMPORTANTLY patience and constancy is Key if you don't have those. Then you'll get nowhere
thanks for the HMO
Absolutely all i will say with doing your abs is you have to maintain it so things like running are good because its cardie vasular training that burns fat

You stomach isn't bad. But I see what you mean.
You're gonna look wider if your legs aren't wider than your waist. Make it aesthetically proportional.
This is me http://i.xomf.com/ljmqp.png does my body look okay is there anything i should change?
You look fine. It's not my place to say what you should look like, it's YOUR body. All I can do is give advice based off your athletic and aesthetic goals. As of now, it looks like you just want to drop a little bit of bodyfat to reduce the size of your belly fat. If you want to have the illusion of a smaller waist/hips, other than losing body fat, is training your legs so they grow big enough to make your waist/hips appear smaller.
Ok thank you so much
Technically speaking it is fairly easy to strengthen stomach muscles. Walking and jogging lightly would help to keep your fat percentage low.You must however remember that genes unfortunately play a role too. If you take me as an example. Even if I follow the same training regime and diet as my training buddy, it still takes me longer to get rid of the flabby oarts around my waist. On the other hand, my legs tone easier than theirs. Genes do play a role.
Don’t cut out all the sugars though. You need some.
@Tuned Will walking /jogging 3 times a week and doing ab excercises help it get better?
Yeah, I ride my bike 2 hours a school day and I can eat what I want
Is my waist defined? Is it wide?
Not defined, but not wide either. I like your stomach, you look like you have a healthy body

That's normal you're a guy lol
But still... your is ABSOLUTELY HAIRLESS.MY WHOLE abdomen has dark hairs 😒😑😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔
It's okay that's normal and if it bothers you so much you can always shave
Even if I shave my abdomen won't be as soft and smooth to touch as yours
