In my opinion it's beautiful. However if you're still wanting to reduce it I will give you two methods.
1. Oil pulling : this helps to remove fat soluble toxins from the body and so the body will let go of the excess fat that it's storing as a way of protecting the body from toxic substances. When the body has toxic substances that it cannot eliminate fast enough then it will store it in the fat cells until the liver or some other organ can it help to eliminate it.
2. Ketogenic diet: this is a diet where you reduce your carbs and eat mostly protein and fats and this actually causes your body to switch to Fat for its main source of energy so your body will basically eat all the fat that is stored in it. It is nice because there is a lot of tasty food that has fat and protein. When your body has switch to fat as a main source of energy it is called ketosis. Look it up on YouTube you will see a lot of regular people who have gotten great results. P. S. if you combine it with intermittent fasting you get even faster results like 5 to 10 pounds per week of fat loss.

You can do as you like and what ever makes you feel beautiful, but as a guy who really likes skinny girls, I actually think you look very appealing. As for getting rid of it, target weight loss is not a thing unless you have certain surgical procedures done, which I believe is irreversible and I definitely do not recommend. You can also have liposuction, which I'm unfamiliar with. So if you dont want surgery or anything like that, you have to lose weight overall in order to lose weight in your stomach. However, there are certain techniques that can make your other areas (butt for example) seem as if they didn't lose weight. And the technique is to gain muscle in those areas, while losing weight overall. So while your butt loses fat and mass, the idea is to then fill that loss of fat with muscle, resulting in little difference in how it looks.
HIIT. Dieting is retarded cuz its only temporary, if you want a flat stomach and be ale to keep it, you're gonna have to permanently remove overly processed garbage & junkfood from ur diet.
Honey you don't need to diet. You're 16, when I was 16 I had what they call puppy fat, as I got older and my body matured it dropped off. I'm sure you'll be fine :)
Infused water (lemon) every morning before eat.
Green tea.
Work out. Sit up, plank, leg raise.
Don't sleep after eat.
Drink lots water.

Your fine haha god girl your perfect done ever put yourself down.If you want to lose belly fat then you simply have to watch the fatty foods that you eat. Doing high intensity Cardio and ab exercises will definitely help you lose fat as well.
Work on your core for exercises. But for what it's worth, I think your tummy is just fine.
