Finally, some sane rational advice.
Umm disordered eating much?
JUST TIPS. Thanks.
These are terrible "tips". Your encouraging her to eat less food for breakfast, workout more (not knowing her existing level of physical activity), and mask hunger queues by drinking lots of fluids. And she's 16 and there's nothing wrong with her current weight. You didn't even acknowledge that. This is a time when she should be developing healthy eating behaviors, not an adversarial relationship with food.
"These are terrible "tips"."Really?"Your encouraging her to eat less food for breakfast, workout more (not knowing her existing level of physical activity), and mask hunger queues by drinking lots of fluids."Did i mean and say like that?"And she's 16 and there's nothing wrong with her current weight. You didn't even acknowledge that."Perhaps."This is a time when she should be developing healthy eating behaviors"Right."Not an adversarial relationship with food"What I've said are bad things?

To elaborate a bit further, you have to be... at least hell bent on this, because results will only come in 3-4 months.
Lower belly fat
It's a chubby belly pouch lol
@rosehobknocker Umm... it's totally natural and healthy for girls to gain body fat during adolescence. You don't want to diet now. You're body is still developing. Nutrient and energy deficiencies now could come back to haunt you later in life.
Green tea gives me stomach pain. And what type of workouts do i do?
walk at least for 2-3km, running and some normal exercise... and do take one spoon of honey in green tea when you drink...
if any thing more needed you can pm me...
After workout your body needs carbohydrates, and some protein. Green tea ain't got those. It is a fluid though, so that's good. A much better post workout drink would be chocolate milk. Umm... unless the person is lactose intolerant.
@MalibuBeachLife @MalibuBeachLife chocolate will harm the blood vessels... she just want to reduce the fat and green tea is a fat burner...
