How to get rid of a little Belly fat?

So first off this is not me! I'm using this photo to compare my body. The problem is I am naturally curvy but what really annoys me is this little chubb on my lower belly. you can't really grab it but it's noticeable and I don't like it. Well the picture resembles my body, or so I've been told, but maybe with thicker thigh ugh I know, I think i'm going to work on my thighs too but for now I need help solely on the belly problem. Also i'm a teen at 5' 6" or 7"at 140 pounds.

sorry if i sound rude.. but you are really very stupid if this much fat is bothering you.. it protects your stomach, intestines, and other delicate organs.

I mean i understand that but how the hell do most of the girls I know have flat stomachs

all of us don't have same bodies.. and i think your friends are really very skinny.. it is just like asking for thigh gap.. very skinny girls have it.. but tbh most hot bodies we see... as in actors or models don't have it.. so be happy with your own body..
