So, I’m 46. I’ve had 4 kids and have the typical mom belly. The bad part is I got a CDL and have been driving (sitting) for a living the past year and a half. What are some exercises that target the belly area? That is the only area I need to lose weight or fat in. I also never started to get a belly until my third child when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and had to give myself insulin shots in my stomach. I’m not sure if that played part in it or not. I no longer have the diabetes. It went away when she was born. That was 21 years ago. It messes with my self-esteem so bad I’m at the point where I’m about to just get some type of tummy tuck or Lipo surgery even though I really don’t want to.
