The way the person's face looks

The person's height/weight

The person's head shape

The person's hygiene (teeth, smell, the way they keep there hair, beard etc)

The person's eyes

Ultimately, it's how they look without makeup, accessories, designer stuff etc. Many people are good at hiding their lack of good looks, but if you look closely, you'd find if that's the case

Im going with the personality and attitude. You can be attractive but a crappy attitude and personality can be off putting. in my opinion
