Possibly. My college roommate was basically incapacitated for the entirety of her period. She had cramps for days and it was just a bad time.
Personally, I rarely experience any discomfort, but if I do, it's typically the day before and day it starts.
It can last for 7 days or even longer.
However long the period lasts.
Period pains shouldn't last more then 3 days though..
It can last the whole week sometimes it sucks
I think that's too long, according to a gynecologist I saw on insta, prolonged periods are not normal, you should get it checked out..
