Hm, if yours is lasting that long then that COULD be indicative to something in your diet or stress contributing to it lasting that long. I know when I was younger it used to be like that due to lack of exercise, poor diet, and unnecessary stress. but your obgyn and you would know more.

4-5 days thankfully and ever since I switched to using menstrual cups which my pockets and cervix thank me for every time it rolls around. I have been experiencing less cramps than before and it ends quicker too. Sweet relief!
