Personally, my period cramps/pains in the lower back area last for around four days in total, two days before I get my period and then for the first two days of my period/cycle.
What about you?
I am a man, but my wife had really painful periods, but just for the first few hours of them. Fortunately after she could fall asleep for about an hour it would always go away and she'd be totally fine for the rest of it. Falling asleep usually took a while though, which is why normally it was about 2-3 hours total. She's pregnant now so that's not an issue, for the next 6 months anyways, and the morning sickness has gotten better now. So she's happy about that.
Had an ex that told me period sex made her feel better. The other thing she would do is drink a lot of water.
The woman with that glitter pad must be a dry one. lol
I already answered your previous question on birth control. It's because of birth control that my I have no period pain because my IUD has stopped it.
I never posted anything on birth control. I've only had GAG for two weeks...
Endometriosis person here. I have pain from my ovulation to day 3 of my period.
Oh no... Sorry about that, I wanted to give people an option where they could pick that they have a special condition or illness which makes the pain particularly long or unbearable but ran out of space
Yeah, no problem. Donβt worry about it π

The first day of my period only. And sometimes not even the first day, no pain at all during it. I have mostly pain in my upper back and in the lower part of my belly.
My period cramps this past month lasted roughly 6 hours altogether, if I had to estimate. I don't always get cramps tho
I dont have period pain since i was 14-15. I just have breast pain and smts headache besides that, not even cramps disturbe me anymore. The only bugging is that it lasts 5-6 fuckin days every time...
My period lasts up to ten days, do you get cramps for 5-6 days or do you mean you bleed for this long?
I identify as a male, but I have my period whenever it's convenient. I'm too tired to go to work, boom period cramps. Coupon expired at the local restaurant followed by tantrum? Boom period cramps.😉
It's really not funny to act like women are crazy when they're on their periods. Thanks for sharing that, next time I'll just exclude men
It was a respectable question until you started talking about men who identified as women who have periods. Completely idiotic. If you were to ask a question about getting should you include men who identify as women who give birth? It's not that I think women are crazy, it said I think you're a dumbass.
About giving birth*
Between two and three days usually
I literally dont get period pain
