Depression is a real medical diagnosis caused by an imbalance of chemicals in the brain. With that said, depression can be treated and even cured with lifestyle changes, which Andrew Tate is correct about. However the problem is, when you are depressed, it’s very hard to find the motivation to make these lifestyle changes.
