HELP HOW CAN I EAT a lot OF PROTIEN EACH WEEK?

I don’t want be bodybuilder lol but want do light workouts at home so I need eat more protien get some muscle on my thin arms and legs. I’ve been eating a lot of carbs and fat and want eat healthier. I eat a lot of pasta and bread as I want gain weight but I have hard time gain weight. I don't know how much I weight but I’m stuck at 90-95 lbs whole life. I can eat chicken daily and rice but don’t people get tired of eating same protien foods per day? Same fish and rice same chicken and rice? I plan eat for snacks string cheese, tuna with crackers, fruit, protien yogurt, banana, peanut butter. But for food I just have chicken and rice. I don’t have a stove so can’t cook. I just have a small griddle for eggs and sausage to cook.
