I don’t want be bodybuilder lol but want do light workouts at home so I need eat more protien get some muscle on my thin arms and legs. I’ve been eating a lot of carbs and fat and want eat healthier. I eat a lot of pasta and bread as I want gain weight but I have hard time gain weight. I don't know how much I weight but I’m stuck at 90-95 lbs whole life. I can eat chicken daily and rice but don’t people get tired of eating same protien foods per day? Same fish and rice same chicken and rice? I plan eat for snacks string cheese, tuna with crackers, fruit, protien yogurt, banana, peanut butter. But for food I just have chicken and rice. I don’t have a stove so can’t cook. I just have a small griddle for eggs and sausage to cook.
Tofu and nuts, contain lots of protein.
Espacially Tofu is a protein bomb. If you don't like regular tofu try smoked tofu. Fry it in a good pan and eat it with whatever you want.
Eg make curry rice, or Spagheti Bolognese or Lasagna, or Ramen...

First get a portable induction stove. Second use different spices with all your food, third if you have an oven, make casseroles. And fourth if you have a boyfriend or fiancé or husband - swallow his semen - pure protein so I’ve heard.
Big jug of protein powder. A scoop or two a day and you'll be set for a good while.

Milk, fish, peanut butter and eggs are my go to foods for max protein.
Liver will help your iron levels. Semen is a good protein. Doesn't need to be cooked. Just swallow it
Start eating at home. Get an electric stove and do at least some of the cooking yourself. Don't be afraid it's not hard
Proper meals are important. You'll need a stove to be on right diet or you'll fall sick
Get some whey protein and have a shake every morning after you workout.
A mouthful of warm cum will give you loads of protein
