Well, I read through others' responses and I guess I'm an outlier because I try to change things up often. I don't want to eat the same all the time. I need variety in my life. I guess that's in terms of what I eat for dinner, mostly, though.
There are some constants. I don't love these things but they're good enough to eat regularly, just to stop being hungry.
Portofino Western Harvest bread. With havarti or brie or swiss or cream cheese with fieldberry jam. Or deli chicken or turkey breast.
Yogurt. Usually vanilla and then I add frozen raspberries to it. Or plain with raspberries, a bit of granola or oats, half tsp of sugar.
Eggs. Pretty much any way.
Tomatoes. In any form, either raw or cooked.
Any kind of fruit. I feel like something's off if I don't have fruit for a few days.

In all seriousness. What do I eat multiple times a week? Baked chicken, salmon, brown rice, broccoli and carrots, spinach salad, protein shake, my boyfriend's protein shake.

+1 yChicken breast, salmon, and beans for me. Also tomatoes and onions. I'm actually kind of a naturally prone to eat the exact same food every day. I have to deliberately throw in some variety and micro-rich sources like liver every now and then to avoid risk of micro deficiencies. My wife also helps mix thing up with her cooking, although I actually do the bulk of the cooking in our home (I enjoy it and also my wife's cooking is delicious, but it's often carbs on top of carbs; I start to grow a gut if I eat it too often).

I eat to survive and for my health now. Meal prep makes it very easy to do with my busy schedule. I eat almost the same thing on Monday through Saturday that I did the week before. Every day a different Breakfast lunch and dinner but it's the same thing the next week. Makes grocery shopping easier and it's cheaper because nothing goes bad.

+1 yI know this place that's relatively pretty accessible to me and ngl I don't like going out of my way to make stuff all the time. But that place doesn't have so much of a selection of stuff I like.
What I don't mind doing is going for maybe 2-4 pizza slices most times I go. I don't have a bunch of money for now but this actually works kinda well for me :) and ngl it saves me from going through days not feeling great because I didn't have a lot to eat then. Also it saves me money by not having to get new clothes in a size under my current XD I like my current clothes so yeah lol. OK. Pizza (with meat), chicken, hamburgers, my homemade pork sausage patties, a decent-sized salad or a couple of smaller ones each day (4-5 cups daily total), chocolate chip cookies, most pastas (except for anything with mushrooms), cheesy stuff, iced tea with lemon. Would (but don't) Coke every day.
