You’re starting from a compromised place.. you’re not operating from the fullest self-control, but instead, impulse.
Something is technically “over you.”
It’s a weakened state, yes.. but it’s process of gaining strength.
It takes an ounce of strength to think or plan and decide- “yeah, this needs to stop.”
The brain is powerful. As long as we are conscious and want the best for our lives, and to not keep living in a “struggle,”
then we are powerful. We are mighty. We are strong.
A person who decides to go to the gym as a thin/lacking muscle/ or even anorexic or disabled person? They are being strong in the sense of taking courage.
They are not just facing pain or impulse, but they’re facing HARD WORK.
That’s brave and admirable. A truly weak person in spirit and mind couldn’t do it.
Are they weak according to the standard? Yes.
They're reclaiming more and more self-control.
I think this sense of weakness or strength is just as hard to stay set on, as *perfection.* ☝️
Not that it’s hard to reach as it goes with perfection… it’s just hard to stay ON that set and level of strength or weakness- it requires movement. Constant choices and interaction with adversity.
A weak person to me is one who accepted failure.
Someone who wasn’t conscious to make the decision.Someone who’s dead…
Anything else has SOME level of power and energy.. it’s just a matter of how much they will obtain or lose.
It’s like a stock market, but they’re never OUT of the game, until they’re out of the game.
Thats just how I see it.

If you have a habit that it's too strong, you won't lose it just by using an app. I have no idea how this app works, but I don't see the point of it.
Using a habit-tracking app like HabitNow or any other habit-tracking app is not a sign of weakness. In fact, using a habit-tracking app can be a helpful tool for individuals who are looking to develop new habits or break old ones. Habit-tracking apps can be especially useful for people who have difficulty remembering to do certain tasks or activities, or for those who are trying to make positive changes in their lives. By setting reminders and tracking progress, these apps can help people stay motivated and accountable as they work towards their goals. Ultimately, the decision to use a habit-tracking app is a personal one and what works for one person may not work for another. However, using a habit-tracking app can be a useful tool for anyone who is looking to make changes in their life and improve their habits.
Not at all. That's certainly not for everyone, but definitely not weak. Particularly if it improves an area of your life or help overcome an area in which you have challenges.
