That's quite a bit of weight loss. You seem to have lost your legs in the process. In the first picture you are over 6' tall based on the door header. In the second picture you are under 5' tall based on the door handle location at your boobs. What happened? Land mines?

  @BeyondBirthday Average door opening is about 6 foot 8 inches. A female head is on average about 9.4 inches in height. The gap between the top of the head in the first picture and the door header is about 1/3 the height of the human head in the picture thus roughly 3 inches. Therefore the person in the first picture is roughly 6 foot 5 inches, maybe an inch or two shorter due to perspective. This is likely a man... Maybe it is her brother...
  
  The average height of a door knob is between 34 and 48 inches above a finished floor. In the second picture the door knob on the closest door to the left in the reflection is at chest height. So take that number plus the head height of 9.4 inches add another 5 inches or so for a neck and maybe another 4 or 4 inches of chest and what do you get? 53.4-67.4 inches. This puts them roughly between the height of 4 foot 6 inches to 5 foot 7 inches or so which is pretty standard for a woman. I could be more precises if I measured pixels, but from roughly eyeballing it they are different people.

  The first picture is probably in a mirror leaning upwards so it looks like she is taller. She has the same skin tone, same hands, same hair LOL

  It's very easy to pick up on that... For example, I am a 6'3" man. When I walk through a doorway I have similar clearance to the person in the first picture. A door knob on a standard door is at dick level for me. So if the door knob is at chest level for the person in the second picture they are way shorter than me and the person in the first picture.
