Struggling in my calorie deficit?

Hey guys, so I try to eat around 800 calories a day but sometimes eat 500-600 a day because I’m in a caloric deficit. Recently, I’ve noticed my weight has been stuck and not moving or it goes up without even me eating which frustrates me. I now randomly have intense craving at night. What shall I do so the weight goes down?
