I have a broken bone in my knee.
It's very painful when I walk so I can't put much pressure on it.
I'm waiting to hear back from my GP about surgery, but it's the holidays.
Is there any type of weight loss exercise I can do?
I used to go walking every day, but I can't now.
I can't go to a gym so if you know of anyone on YouTube or something I can do while I wait for my GP to call.
