I injured my top left part of my back yesterday and I didn’t do my workout yesterday because of it.
I can’t fall behind on my workout because then I’ll have to start over and I don’t want to gain anymore weight.
One of my cousins said, “You don’t need to be working out anyways. You look so good and you carry the weight so well since you’re tall. Count this as a blessing. Stop trying to lose weight. Men don’t like thin women and you should have some fat in you.”
I looked at her like, “Don’t tell me what to do! Im grown. Besides I was working on weight lifting anyways. Im working on fat loss. I do need to lose because I’m 216lbs. Even though I don’t look like it, plus I'm 6’0” tall.
I HATE when injuries happen because I have to sit and miss out on workouts.
I once injured my legs so bad after high school that I had to quit sports on my senior year in March. It sucked. I ended up gaining so much weight.
