What are some good exercises with a broken bone?

It’s my one month anniversary since surgery, physical therapy won’t start at least until after 2 weeks.

I can’t stand not being as active as before,

I have been pretty independent through it all and have been quite active and self-sufficient with the two exceptions: I have not been cooking and cleaning the apartment. It’s pretty hard to do those with just one active leg. It’s my housekeeper who did it.

Today I have tried some air cycle and Abs exercise to check if they are fine.

I have done a few and didn’t feel any discomfort with my leg.

I wonder anybody has done them with a broken leg? (I usually do ankle pumps/rotations/crutch walking and crutch brisk walking)

Did it today and felt very refreshing to engage both of my legs, as I usually only walk with one leg and crutches, so pretending to cyc

I wonder am I pushing my limits or can I keep doing them like 20 minutes a day?
