I’ve always struggled with back training. The main thing is choosing the right exercises. So I have 2 pull days. One where I have access to a barbell/dumbbells and a adjustable bench. And one where I have access to a pull up bar, dumbbells and flat bench. I work out at home so don’t have the cable machines.
Can someone help and advise on some exercises I can do to train back on both days that fits within the equipment I have accessible to me.
If you need any more info, lmk.
Thanks

Wide grip pull ups, bent over rows, deadlifts, One arm dumbbell rows. Work your biceps and triceps as well.
Thanks. Why wide grip pull-ups as opposed to just outside shoulder width? What does it emphasise more by going wide.
And with the one arm dumbbell row. I find it an awkward exercise to do. Can u give some tips. Do I do it with one knee on the bench or should I do it with both feet on the ground leaning forward on something for balance.
If you go wide you will engage your lats more.
I usually put one knee on the bench. I know it is a litttle awkward but try to do them strict and isolate your upper back muscles.
Thanks bro. I will implement these into my routine and see how I get on. Thanks again for ur advice
