Can I get some fitness routine recommendations?

I don't have any goals for weight loss or anything like that so don't suggest something that's made to make me smaller. I mostly just want to get a healthier body because I'm having heart palpitations that keep me awake at night and I know that getting fitter can help lower my bpm. Does anyone have any good recommendations on how I can do that? Preferably something I can do at home because I can't afford to go to a gym regularly.

Right now, my routine is just to take daily walks and increase the amount of time I'm on those walks. Started at 5 minutes, then 10, then 15, and so on with each passing day.
