The fever and lingering symptoms are an obvious indicator that something is wrong.
Men can and have died from taking a hit to the testicles. It really isn’t funny, it’s organ damage.
I was kicked in the balls by my sister and she kicked me really hard to beat me in a fight and it was the worst thing I ever experienced. I thought she split up my balls with her boot. I went to hospital because I was in agony and I was crying on the floor but I couldn't get up. She has kicked me there before and she made me cry but I was in pain for just a few hours after. So I was really worried that I had been kicked far too hard this time. I felt numb in my privates and also my stomach and I was sick on the floor. I couldn't feel my balls although it hurt so much to try and feel them. Also I have been hit by a girl in school and I was in agony on the floor for ages but I could feel that my balls were really hurting but still there. So definitely seek medical advice if you are worried or not sure what to do because I was kicked so hard that it ruptured one of my testicles. My sister was in a lot of trouble after that and she never hurt me in the balls again.
He should not be experiencing these symptoms for a simple hit in the nuts. He should see a doc.
