Is it bad if you cry over little things?

Today I cried because a guy said his dog had cancer. When I was a child, I never cried about anything. Even when I had over 12 health problems at the same time, a mom with cancer, a suicidal best friend with cancer and bullies harassing me at school.

It’s definitely okay to cry. It’s human to cry. To cry for others is a loving thing. Sometimes grief is funny that way, causing us to cry over things that don’t directly affect us. Someone once told me, that even those moments when we cry, for what appears to be no reason, we are crying for something we haven’t finished grieving for. The heart is overflowing and spilling out through the eyes.

I do think crying over burnt fries is a little much. NO ONE is out to get you, after all
