Are you a narcissist or do you have narcisstic tendencies?

Nope. That word actually gets thrown around far too much by people who are just control freaks that are upset that others don't do as they command. So as a result those people label others "narcissistic". Those people who are actually considered narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), actually only numbers in to range of about 200k cases per year.

I think of myself highly because I love myself. However I don’t match anymore of the definition. So does that count?

I was in a relationship with a covert narcissist. The abuse cycle was horrendous. I dint think I'll ever recover from it 😕
