When I'm with my partner/ spouse I'm happy and I love my life, but when I'm home and by myself I hate myself, I hate my life, I just hate everything, when I try to talk to him about how I'm feeling he sounds genuine in the beginning then he tells me "you only hate yourself when yourr alone and think about dumb nonsense shit where as when you're here you love everything" or "Bro like what? When you're here you have no issues when yourr home this is when you do this shit" or even sends me some stupid video saying a woman can say I love you but men need respect like wtf I'm going through a lot and I just feel like he doesn't understand or care?
