I shoot for 7-9 hours. Does it always happen? No... lol. But I'm trying to get a minimum of 7 hours if I can. The more the better!

I'm usually in bed most nights around 9-10... earlier if I'm really tired or I'm bored

6-10 hours daily. I ignore my schedule, I need to sleep really good

Not enough. I work weird schedules 12 hour shifts at the emergency department. So every day is different. I find that exercise, sex and masturbation help at times to fall asleep.
