I normally sleep 6-7 hours everyday. I become tired at the end of the day, but I don't need so much sleep. 6-7 sleeping is enough for me
Probably like 7 but my sleep schedule is all out of whack so its kinda random right now😩
Try to go to bed at same time everyday, even i am doing the same mistake and I feel all ailments can vanish if we maintain proper sleep routine.
Yeah, its kinda tough to fix it and so damn easy to mess it up.

2-3 hours. Mix of my insomnia and My kids waking up makes me get very little sleep

Yeah happy Easter, as long as you feel fresh and energetic above 6 hours of sleep you are good to go.
If you count falling asleep then waking up then falling asleep again 7-9 hours
