Great to see so many of you keeping yourselves active and healthy. Might throw out another question later about workout routines and also share my own. Maybe we can get a few new ideas off eachother

Around 2-3 times a week alone training and once a week with my group.
6 days a week for the last 6 months or so and the last 5 1/2 years before that, I were training 5 times a week.

Nope except cardio at home twice a day.
