On all fours kick leg up then kick thighs to the side 20 each side
Is that enough squats to tone? I don't need to grow my ass just tone? I have an ass already

We already had a conversation about this.
What you described is a 5 minute (workout?) I'd call it "work-in" because of how gentle it is.
You'd be better off doing simple jumping Jacks.. RIGHT NOW. You can do 50 of them and it will do more than the workout you described.
Plus you always have to use your muscles. You DO. Even if you don't want them to grow, they will atrophy without use.
You will prevent hundreds of illnesses by moving your body a little more.
I mean yeah do it, 3 times a week, but judging from the difficulty of it suggests that you don't o anything else? You do need more exercise than that NOT just for your butt but health overall.
I do 20 minutes of cardio aswell afterwards. Cardio everyday plus I walk around throughout the day
Seems like more than enough to me.
