I love stretching, I do it every day, keeps me limber and flexible.
It's actually important to stretch properly prior to exercise or playing sports to reduce the chance of injury.
I know that these are just photos meant to titillate me. But I like them anyway.

I approve of the theory but do not practice. At this point I'm so seized up that I'm afraid one of my arms or legs will snap off if I try.
