Is it weird that I have six packs even though I don't often exercise?

It just means you have VERY low body fat, hence your abdominal muscles (six packs) is visible-

... and I hate you for it, LOL. I work out religiously and still can't get a six pack : You have to have almost 15 percent or less body fat for that to happen. So since you're not exercising, it just means you're not eating too much, or you're blessed with a fast metabolism. Enjoy it! Seriously; I can honestly say I'm envious of you. Most people have to exercise and eat strict diets to attain that.

I have a fast metabolism. I do exercise but not always. Weird thing is even when I gain few kgs I still have six packs. That's why I asked the question asking if it's weird.
