I bought it because it was expensive and there was only one box left but I believe there are medical benefits to the tea because all twinnings teas have medical benefits.

There are some potential health benefits. I drink Twinings English Breakfast black tea in K Cups (from a Keurig). I just bought me a 24 pack of decaffeinated English Breakfast black tea K Cups, as I rarely have caffeine, as it could interact with my ADHD medication (you don't want to mix two stimulants together very often.

Nothing. It's commercial tea, not actual Chai tea.

In Chinese the word Chai us used as a term for all teas, not any particular type of tea. I believe the English speaking people coined a specific type of tea for the word Chai which is a Chinese word.

Okay. What's being marketed, is a specific type of tea, namely one from India and other South Asian nations and parts of the Middle East, not some general tea term.
