Combine both to a healthy extent. And most importantly: learn to be able to be like any of the both to any extent.
So to each their own and to each situation its own in general since "healthy" varies depending on different things.
But to equal analyzing or over-analyzing everything to surviving is interesting. Like the feeling of how you live when you live while constantly over-analyzing feels indeed kind of like surviving instead of living, but there is not really something one has to survive while doing it, so no explicit threats. Except: what one oneself puts on them due to over-analyzing, but that's again just perceptional. But yeah, might feel like it.
