These stress management methods work for me.
Physical Exercises: Exercise has been shown to be one of the most effective remedies for managing stress. A study published in the Journal of Psychiatric Research found that regular physical activity can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and improve overall well-being.
Exercise has been shown to have a positive impact on stress levels by increasing the release of endorphins, which are natural mood-boosting chemicals in the brain.
Sex: Sex releases hormones such as oxytocin, dopamine, and endorphins, which have been shown to have a calming and mood-boosting effect. Research has also shown that sexual activity can improve sleep quality, which can also contribute to reduced stress levels.
Music: Music has been shown to be an effective remedy for managing stress. Listening to music has been shown to activate the release of endorphins, which are natural mood-boosting chemicals in the brain.
Music can also provide a form of self-expression and emotional release, which can help individuals to manage stress in a healthy way.
Walking in the woods: "Forest bathing" or Shinrin-yoku, which is a practice that involves spending time in natural environments, such as forests, for the purpose of improving health and well-being. Forest bathing has been shown to have a positive impact on stress hormones, such as cortisol, and to improve heart rate variability, which is a measure of the body's ability to respond to stress.
Seeking new experiences: Engaging in new and challenging experiences has been shown to stimulate the release of dopamine, which is a natural mood-boosting chemical in the brain.
Seeking new experiences can help to reduce feelings of boredom and monotony, which can contribute to stress and burnout. Engaging in new experiences can also provide a sense of accomplishment and personal growth, which can help individuals to feel more confident and fulfilled.

The best stress level management tool is rowing machine at home. They have them for lofts that stand against a wall. I have this water version and it’s made by company that stocks commercial gyms.

It really helps me to try and see things in perspective. When I realize how small I am compared to the world, to the universe, I often see the problem I'm facing isn't worth stressing over.
When that doesn't work I listen to music (hardstyle, techno or metal) or go to the gym to do some heavy lifting or some exhausting HIIt training😂
Try distract myself. I've dropped my hours at work for bit to see if that helps. My partner is about to go on stress leave because his job is doing his head in currently. Hopefully that will be good for him.

I work a job that for the most part is stress free. It's also a manual labor job so the physical part of it lets me keep my stress down because I'm basically exercising everyday I go to work.
I also do properly workout as well. Also listen to music and smoke ( though not due to stress )
I dish it back to those who stressed me. But then I know _a lot_ of what gets decided which way on international levels of politics - when they abuse me, they are in fact aiming to abuse another nation that, often, just needs me to confirm that is the case to dish the abuse right back to where it came from.
I did quite a lot for it.
First I moved out to live alone.
Then I cut off my toxic family.
Then I stopped taking people so seriously or arguing over irrelevant things. People talk and talk. And they love drama and getting too involved into politics.
And as such i do not accumulate stress levels to begin with.
I've always managed my stress by finding something greater to stress about. In time the original thing I stressed about will no longer bother me. It's controversial and doesn't work for everyone, but it works for me.
At the moment, but very well. But usually I'll put something on netflix etc that makes me laugh.. Like, actually 😂 and that helps..
Go out for a walk, eat some chocolate etcI talk to people … after that…it’s no longer my problem so to speak.
I don’t take things personally.Keeping my hands busy. Doing things helps me to work out my stress. Exercise, house work like cleaning or garden work, and working at my job.
Well substance abuse is the more popular option. Just get a hobby, do something that interests you besides work.
