How to better manage stress?

I’m living for others-helping people in need and I have very little money. I’m feeling burnt out from the amount of planning that I’ve done to make sure people in need have nice things. Helping my fiance’s family. Now I’m also shopping for a wedding gift for his friends and I love helping, but I’m on a minimum wage. No longer helping them is out of the question. However, I’m asking how to manage my stress better. I’m not someone who needs much for myself, but would something like going out for breakfast once a week help?
