Whatever unstressed about, I acknowledge it and I accept it like you all turn on some music, start getting busy. Doing something play everything through my head and I can see 2 different sides. Of everything so it usually works itself out pretty fast. And if you're stressed about it, it's already happened, so you gotta accept that too and either fix it or let it go. But I mean , that's if it's all about me or something i've done or something like that
Now, if I did something to hurt somebody that I take even a little bit more serious and I make sure that's fixed right away, if\nI was in the wrong if I'm in the right.
I'll double and triple. Make sure that I was right. And I will look at both sides of the story and weigh it out.
And I'll be honest about it right then I just I'll accept it and I let it go. It's not my loss
But yeah, I listen to music too. I love music because I love the vibration , the rhythm , the tone , the beat
and I like to work so I mean , I just get busy
I like sitting back and taking in the beauty of the skies
Drinking tea is a must throughout the day so that relieves it too
Of course there are the more intimate stress managers too
During the day I take breaks and go for walks
By controlling what I can and letting go of what I can’t.
I break problems into manageable pieces, focus on solutions, and take breaks when I need to reset. Exercise, journaling, and quiet time help clear my head.
Stress isn’t eliminated , it’s handled with awareness and calm.

I practice Stoicism. It helps me focus on what I can control (my own thoughts and actions) and to handle any external events with absolute equanimity
I like to go outside in the sun take my shoes off and feel the earth under me; just be in the moment.
Most of the time a couple deep breaths does wonders for me, even if I can't go outside.
For me the key is identifying when I am under stress. Listen to my mind and body. Once i know i am under stress its easy ( mostly) to relax myself and begin to work the problem.
I'm more physically active -- walking, dancing, gym, cleaning, etc.
My key strategies include regular exercise, deep breathing , meditation, spending time in nature, maintaining a healthy diet, and getting 7–9 hours of sleep.
I remember the words of the great warrior poet Tupac, "Through every dark night there's a bright day after that. So no matter how hard it gets, stick your chest out, keep your head up, and handle it". -me against the world
