What mental illness would I have if i worry about things a lot, forgetting lots of things, screwing up my social interactions with people and making stupid mistakes. Just want to know rlly. Anything’s good. My feelings won’t be hurt
Emotional baggage. Repression. Stress and worries.
Get rid of people who stress you out - permanently!
Become yourself, but you may not be aware of your true self either.
Try to have a hobby or regular job you really like. It will help you relieve some of your daily stress.

Feels like this runs along the lines of ADHD, a lot of undiagnosed people don't realize they have it because the idea/name gives a skewed view of it. But what you've listed is definitely strong symptoms.
It could also just be from stress, lack of self care, or trauma cycles you haven't yet worked through or realized which could be impacting your daily life.
