If you have a foreign object, such as hair, that is causing pain and discomfort in your foot, it's recommended that you seek medical attention as soon as possible.
In Ontario, Canada, you can visit a walk-in clinic or a hospital emergency department to receive medical care. If the foreign object is causing severe pain or if you're experiencing other symptoms, such as swelling or redness, it's recommended that you go to the emergency department.
If the foreign object is not causing severe pain or other symptoms, you may be able to visit a walk-in clinic for treatment. The healthcare provider will be able to assess the situation and provide appropriate treatment, which may involve removing the hair or object from your foot.
Remember, it's important to seek medical attention when you're experiencing pain or discomfort, especially if it's caused by a foreign object that you're unable to remove yourself.

An ingrown hair can be removed at your doctor's office.
Do you cut hair? Is it wear your own hair or someone elses hair burrowed deep into your skin? This is very common if you work in that profession. I would go to the walk-in clinic since you can not remove it. It could possibly get infected.
