Do you agree there are "Men" workouts and "Women" workouts?

I think the big difference is what some normie lifter is going to gravitate to. Chicks will do the butt stuff or nothing but cardio, I see dudes that do nothing but arm stuff or nothing for their legs at all.
I have a home gym now though, so I don't care what they do. I remember doing that machine in the picture though... I maxed it out at like 220 and it wouldn't go any higher, it was just a joke for me... way too easy. I did it with the one where you squeeze the legs together as well.
There are workouts more suited for women and workouts more suited for men yeah.
Men obviously in general workout for more muscle mass while women workout usually more for toning and shape rather then size.
So usually workouts for men and women follow that basic line of thinking.
kinda cause dudes and girls want to develop different muscles and want different degrees of bulk in those areas. like girls tend to try to just be lightly toned and do most hard work on their butts. guys try to builk up everywhere especially the upper body and way more than just toned. dudes also dont work out the lower body ass much and especially not the ass
Well there's nothing like that but women surely love leg days and men love arm days. Even I love doing squats rather than push ups as a girl!

Sure they are. Can give amaze results if done correctly 😀
Agreed men train back biceps. And upper body thrice a week while women train lower body in more frequency.
Yes, only a woman can have this type of workout.
Yes, a lot of guys just want to get big and get strong. They do a lot of free weight training and compound exercises. I mostly see women using nautilus type machines and using treadmills and other machines.
Disagree. Male and female bodies are mostly the same but there are differences and what is wanted out of a workout programme can be quite different for guys and gals. So why should male/female work out programmes be the same?
No, because we have the same muscles. But girls tend to work more on lower body and men on upper body. But that is not a rule.
I don't know but all I do know if you are never gonna see me bend like Dat so I would assume so, but to be fair you ain't gonna see me at a gym 😂
Is**
Like Yoga movements were made for men. Like because a woman's breast gets in the when they are on the ground making it really hard to preform the exercise. Yoga was meant for only men to do it. But women do it now, but it's just hard to.
Ridiculous. Men and women have muscles in the same parts their bodies.
Ex: Pro athletes to exceed to their highest potential performance must strengthen every muscle in their bodies for one to avoid injuries and 2 to excel in competition.
Dang. Great work on the glutes! Well defined. But yes, there are exercises more tailored to what women look for aesthetically. Which are stronger glutes, legs, pecs and abs. But it would still vary from person to person.
Hard to tell. Maybe we can get a few more pictures of you on this machine so I can give a more informed answer 😁
That depends on what part of your body you want to focus on, and also the part of your body you want others to focus on
My goodness gracious!
I completely understand
Who took the picture? Remember to eat healthy as you can

Of course, everyone can do any kind of workout. It's not about the gender.
Fuck legs. Fuck cardio. Fuck bitches.
No. But there are certainly preferences
Yes. Some of them has to be different at least
