I'm a woman, I go gym. I exersize I eat healthy. I've actually lost a couple of pounds until I noticed I'm gaining more weight, my diet didn't really change except for that day I ate a cookie. Why does it seem that men who go gym, they eat way more, and are ripped?

Depending on the intensity of your workout, you've likely gained muscle.
Muscle weighs more than fat, so you could end up weighing more, but still be healthier.
Male and female bodies are also built differently. Women are naturally supposed to carry more fat on their bodies than men. That's not to say that women can't also become ripped, but it may take a little more work to get there.
It can ultimately be less healthy, overall, for a woman to reduce her body fat to the same level as some men.
Thank you, this is very informing.
Men target different muscles and have easier and harder body parts than women since women are designed differently. Like woman have an easier time with stomach exercises and men have an easier time with leg exercises.
Because out bodies are not the same plus u don't know if they are going more frequently then and doing higher weights
Your right, men do lift heavier than women. That is a big difference
